S\u00e9calas y c\u00f3rtalas en cubos de 1 cm por lado aproximadamente, reserva. Corta la cebolla y el jitomate en cubos de m\u00e1s o menos 1 cm., pica finamente el ajo y res\u00e9rvalo todo.<\/p>\n<p>En una cacerola a fuego medio-bajo, coloca la mantequilla a derretir o calienta el aceite, ya que este caliente\/derretida la mantequilla, ve agregando la cebolla a que se cristalice o se ponga transparente, agrega el ajo a que suelte su sabor y mueve por unos 3 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Si decidiste agregarle el chile fresco, pica finamente y agr\u00e9galo junto con el jitomate picado. Deja en el calor alrededor de 4 a 5 minutos para cocinar y esperar que se empiece a desintegrar el tomate un poco.<\/p>\n<p>Tras este tiempo. Agrega a la cacerola las calabacitas en cubos y los elotes amarillos, Sazona al gusto con sal, pimienta y el or\u00e9gano molido con tus dedos.<\/p>\n<p>Deja la cacerola tapada en la estufa a fuego medio-bajo y cocina unos 8 a 10 minutos o hasta que la calabacita est\u00e9 suave pero aun firme.<\/p>\n<p>Este platillo lo puedes usar para acompa\u00f1ar tus guisos como una excelente guarnici\u00f3n, incluso puedes darle tu toque personal ya que lo hayas probado, poni\u00e9ndole queso manchego en trozos, crema mexicana, o incluso hacerla m\u00e1s caldosa la preparaci\u00f3n
